Dear Members,
It has been about 20 years since our Association last published a journal. So I'm pleased to launch this inaugural issue.

I had always cherished a dream of transforming TMMA from merely an information disseminative organization into a proactive and vibrant organization serving the larger interest of our fraternity. And to this end, new initiatives like this journal, training workshops, more interactive meets, etc. are planned as future activities. I propose to have closer relations with our user industry by involving them in more of our activities and by getting involved in their activities. Also, our liaison with sister organizations needs major improvement to create a broad consensus throughout the industry.

I urge all member companies to embrace this new vision and actively participate in our programmes, to make them more meaningful, and to lead TMMA to greater heights.
